How does it work?
Rental Delivery
Delivery and set-up of your backdrop within the Quad Cities area is included in your rental price. If your venue is more than 25 miles from the 52722 zip code, a delivery fee will be incurred based on the distance to your venue.
Arrival and Set-up
Arrival and pick-up will be coordinated based on venue availability and the logistics of your event. We offer a flexible schedule to meet the needs of your event. While we appreciate a minimum set-up time of one hour before your event begins, please message or call us with any questions or concerns.
Take-down and Removal
Take-down and removal of your backdrop is included in your rental price. Pick-ups scheduled at 9:30 PM or later will incur a $125 late pick-up fee. If your venue will arrange for a morning pick-up the following day, then the late pick-up fee will be waived. This will depend on your venue's availability.
How long is my backdrop rental?
Our rentals are designed to be rented for one day, which is typically 8 hours. However, we are more than happy to work with you to ensure your rental accommodates your event's needs.
Contracts and Payment
Rental Contracts
We will contact you to confirm the details of your event, and then a contract will be sent to you via email. Once you approve and return your contract, along with a non-refundable 50% deposit, your event will be officially booked!
Rental Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon contract signing to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event. Please note that custom wood or neon signs must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and traditional forms of payment including cash.
Are there additional fees?
- Booking within 7 days of event: $100
- Long-distance delivery: Based on distance to event venue
- Late pick-up fee (after 9:30 PM): $125
- Tax when applicable
Make it Special
Are neon or wood signs available to rent?
We have a selection of popular neon or wood sign sayings that can be added to your wall for $25. We can reserve your sign rental as part of your rental contract!
Can I purchase a custom neon or wood sign to keep?
We are more than happy to order a custom wood or neon sign for your event! The most popular requested sizes are:
- 36" neon signs
- 40" neon signs
- 36" wood signs
Can I customize my wall rental with garlands?
Yes! We love to customize our walls to coordinate with your event theme. Our customization fee starts at $40.
Do you offer a red carpet or runners?
Absolutely! Carpet runners in either black or red are available and add a polished touch to your backdrop.
Can flower walls be set-up outside?
Our backdrops and walls can be used outside in a covered setting. Please contact us to discuss your event to see what is possible.
