Shipping policy

QC Flower Walls and Backdrops does not ship rental products. All of our backdrops, walls, and rental supplies are delivered and installed by QC Flower Walls unless pick-up services are arranged beforehand by contract. 

For custom orders that are not rental items or part of a rental or event contract, such as custom signs or personalized gifts, the following shipping policy applies:

SHIPPING COST: 

• We charge a flat shipping rate of $7.00 on all orders less than $150.
• Our shipping is FREE on orders $150 or more.

SHIPPING METHOD: 

• We ship most orders via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
• We currently do not ship internationally.

SHIPPING STATUS: 

• Once your order ships, you will get an email with a tracking number.
• For efficiency purposes, your order may ship in multiple packages.
• QC Flower Walls and Backdrops is not responsible for items lost/mishandled by USPS or theft after delivery.
• If you are using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address is correct prior to checkout.

PROCESSING TIME: 
Most orders ship within 4-7 business days, but may take longer to ship if an item is customized or printed on demand.
